PROSECCO WITH GRAPEFRUIT, POMEGRANATE AND ROSEMARY

Combine 1/2 cup  (125ml) GRAPEFRUIT juice;

2 Tbsp (30ml) warmed honey, stirring until honey dissolves.

Divide between 2 glasses and add a sprig of rosemary and a few pomegranate rubies to each glass.

Top each glass with 1/2 cup  (125ml) prosecco.
